ABOUT FRANCESCA MILAN

Francesca Milan is an established and committed real estate professional helping clients buy and sell residential homes and condominiums properties in Central Toronto. Her professionalism, warm personality, and sincere desire to assist her clients to achieve their real estate goals have to lead to her continued success.

In 2015, Francesca received the prestigious Royal LePage Johnston and Daniel Award of Excellence and joined The Kevin Crigger Team, one of Canada’s leading real estate teams in dollar volume.

Francesca’s real estate career includes real estate investments, mortgage lending, and renovations of residential properties. In 1991 Francesca joined an International Mergers and Acquisitions firm specializing in large-scale real estate developments in North American and Europe. Prior to joining Royal LePage Johnston and Daniel she held a sales and marketing position with Milborne Real Estate working with Toronto's leading condominium Developers, including Camrost Felcorp, Menkes, Lanterra, Lifetime, Parallax, and Burnac, focusing on luxury pre-sale condominium developments.

Francesca is a long-time resident of central Toronto. She lives and invests where she works and has owned and renovated a number of properties in various exclusive neighborhoods including Lawrence Park, Forest Hill, South Hill, Summerhill, and Rathnelly. She has acted as General Contractor and is able to assist her clients through the renovation process recommending reliable trades and designers. Francesca and her family have lived in several European cities giving her the ability to relate to Toronto’s ever-changing demographics and appreciate the cultural diversity each client brings to the transaction. She speaks both Italian and French.
